we can send multiple gifts to one address but not multiple however we recommend getting in contact with us via our corporate gifting area as we can organise multiple gifts with multiple addresses manually for you.

of course! every curate your own has a gift card & note section for you to write your love note on. 
with our curated for you collection you choose your gift box, sleeve & gift card at checkout & this includes a spot for your gift note as well.

we'll then hand write this for you to add that personal touch (promise our handwriting is lovely) & is just so much better than a typed message that feels just that little less human, y'know?

we will pick & pack your gift the same day you order it outside of weekends once we put your beautiful gift into the hands of our lovely courier Joe we are at the mercy of the shipping company this is either Courier Please, Australia Post or Go People. 
We love our CP courier Joe & trust him with our deliveries however we cannot control what happens one it makes it's way across Australia. We will always do our best to do everything in our power to get your gift to you within the time it takes to get from Yarraville where we are to where your gift is destined to arrive.

Usually this is anywhere between 3-5 working days for standard shipping or 2-4 days via express shipping. We ask that you remember this when placing your order.

sure can! we'll send you an email with your tracking link as soon as we've shipped it out - check your junk / spam folders in case it's made its way there.

we've done all we can to make sure your gift arrives in perfect condition with our beautiful but durable shipping boxes that we carefully place the stunning gift box in to the amazing biodegradable packing beans we use to keep all the delicate products safe & secure.

If for some reason your gift has arrived damaged please reach out to us immediately & we will do our best to replace anything that has been damaged in transit - this is important that we get images within a certain time of the gift arriving so reach out to us immediately via

if you've received an order confirmation but no shipping or tracking details you may reach out to cancel your order. however if we've sent your shipping confirmation then we cannot cancel your order as it's most likely on it's way.

oh it's coming! our biglittle loyalty program is being built & it's going to be epic - it will also take into consideration every gift you've sent so keep gifting & you'll be rewarded when our program goes live. 

all our packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable. our packing beans used to keep your products safe are all biodegradable & easily disintegrate when soaked in water. you can simply pour the beans into your sink & run water over them & they'll melt away.
